Cold Plunge (3mins): The “Soberg Prinicple” finish - ending on cold to keep the metabolism revved.
Halotherapy (15min): Replenish the lungs and and end your day at the “beach.”
Nervous System Reset
Best for: Anxiety, sleep issues, and high-stress weeks.
Sauna (30mins): Focus on breathwork with measured, slow, meditative breathing.
Cold Plunge (1min): Just a quick dip to reset the vagal nerve. No need for a long soak.
Halotherapy (30mins): Rejuvenate the lungs and deeply relax.
PEMF & Red Light Therapy: “Set” the salt in the skin for deep repair while grounding the body.
Athlete Recovery
Best for: Muscle soreness, joint pain and physical inflammation
PEMF (15min): Set on “Pain Relief” frequency.
Contrast Rounds (30mins): 8min Sauna/2min Plunge (Repeat 3 times)
