At heart, community.

Four people celebrating after planting garden beds

At Twin Wolves, it all starts with community. Relax in our space with a nice cup of tea, hang out by the fire pit in our herbal garden and enjoy enlivening conversation with friends, both old and new.

Stay up to date on community events by joining our mailing list.

Are you a practitioner looking for a welcoming space to provide healing to the community? Do you want to meet regularly with your book club? Would you like to organize a lecture? The possibilities are endless!

Dragon’s Way Qigong

Sept. 6 - Oct. 11, 2025, Saturdays, 9:15am

Do you have chronic pain and joint stiffness, extra weight, poor digestion, stress and anxiety, frequent headaches, limited flexibility and balance, low quality sleep?

Dragon’s Way Qigong is a fun, six-session course held on Saturday mornings, where you will learn and practice ten Wu Ming Qigong movements that will stretch, twist, and open your meridians for the free flow of Qi (chee).

But this is not a typical qigong class, because each morning, we will explore the concept of Yin and Yang and the Five Element Consciousness Theory to give you an understanding of why you need your Qi to flow freely and how you can achieve balance in body, mind and spirit.

Please join me on this journey to a happier and healthier you!
