Halotherapy (salt therapy) is beneficial for lung ailments such as asthma, bronchitis and cough. It improves skin health and alleviates allergies, among many other benefits. Breathe in our aerated medical grade salt filtered into our salt therapy room from our commercial grade Halo FX halogenerator. The room we use is very small, allowing the salt to be quite concentrated and for your to receive the most fulfilling experience.

Salt therapy can be used for conditions such as COPD, emphysema, asthma, psoriasis, eczema, inflammation of the skin, acne, aging skin and many more conditions. If you have more compromised lungs such as COPD, ephysema or lung ailments that cause the lungs to have less dynamic lung capacity please inform us so that we can lower the concentration of salt in the room. Higher concentrations of salt can be irritating to these conditions, though salt therapy is beneficial to them when given correctly.

It is recommended to be exposed to the salt room for 45 minutes to receive the full benefits of the therapy. We have a 15 minute option for those who would rather not commit to a 45 minute session.
