Cold Plunge

Immersing the body in cold water while remaining calm stimulates the nervous system and promotes relaxation and healing. We have a high-end commercial grade cold plunge with programmable temperature control. The plunge is kept sanitary using a hydrogen peroxide disinfectant (rather than chlorine) - this is gentle on the skin and a natural form of sanitization.

For flexibility of time spent preparing to dunk and time spent slowly lowering yourself in, we have allotted 15min time slots. Three minutes in the maximum time you can be submerged in the 37 degree water.

Sauna and Cold Plunge Package Deal 10% off - when you check out in the Mindbody app there is a pricing option to pay for both, you can also view “Pricing Options” in the Mindbody app and buy the package there. The package will buy you “passes” that you can use to schedule your appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24hr notice of any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations later than 24hrs will not be refunded or rescheduled. Reschedules later than 24hrs will be taken on a case by case basis. By default, sessions cancelled before 24hrs remain in your account as a pass usable for up to 1 year, if you require a refund instead please let us know.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time so that you have some time to get situated. The time you choose at your booking is the appointment start time.
