Cold Plunge

Relieve sore muscles, improve circulation, stimulate your nervous system, boost your focus, and even improve your sleep with our beautiful, top-of-the-line cold plunge. Feeling tired? Take a quick dip in chilly water and you’ll emerge feeling alert and invigorated. We recommend beginners take it slow and ease into the experience, working up to longer sessions over time. Our indoor cold plunge is kept at 37 °F in the winter and 45 °F in the spring, summer and fall. For your safety, the maximum time we recommend is three minutes per plunge.

For those who are ready for the plunge but want something a little less chilly, we’re excited to also offer our new outdoor cold plunge (weather-permitting). Our outdoor plunge averages about 50 °F. Soak in the view of nature and enjoy watching our adorable pair of Nigerian Dwarf goats at play.

For your convenience we schedule our cold plunges in 15 minute time slots. This provides ample time to change and mentally prepare for your icy dip, as well as time to slowly lower yourself in and dry off afterwards, refreshed and energized. Note that booking any cold plunge option gives you access to both our indoor and outdoor cold plunge during your session.
