Yep, plenty of free parking is available around our building.
-
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time so that you have some time to change and get situated. The time you choose at your booking is the appointment start time.
-
Yep! You can rinse off in our beautiful showers and we provide fresh towels for your convenience. Please bring your own soap if needed.
-
Absolutely! We have two goats who live in our backyard green space, Chestnut (mom) and Hazelnut (her daughter). Our goats love visitors, but we kindly ask that you please DO NOT feed them without permission from Cait (some things can be poisonous to goats). Please also DO NOT TOUCH THE ELECTRIC FENCE, which protects our goats from predators. If you’re careful of the fence, you can pat them on their forehead, which they love. If you visit at a time when you don’t see the goats, they’re likely back home at Cait’s off-grid cabin.

When you visit Twin Wolves you’ll likely be greeted by our very friendly dog named Pinto Bean. She loves visitors and being patted but sometimes takes a bit to warm up to you.

Sauna
-
You’re welcome to wear as little clothing as you like in the sauna, just know that by New York state law we’re required to have a small interior window on our saunas (this is for your safety).
-
Clothes to wear in the sauna (many people prefer to sauna in their bathing suit)
Change of clothes for after your sauna
Water Bottle (saunas are quite hot and it’s important to stay hydrated, which also aids in sweating out toxins. If you forgot your water bottle, don’t sweat it (pun intended!)– we provide fresh, filtered spring water in our community lounge).
Optional: Sauna hat
Optional: While most people sauna without shoes, if you don’t enjoy going barefoot you’re welcome to wear clean shoes inside the sauna, like flip flops or sandals, that you don’t mind getting sweaty.
-
A sauna hat is a special head covering that is worn while enjoying the sauna. Sauna hats can help even out heat differences from your head and the rest of your body (since hot air rises). They can also help protect your hair, head, and ears from some of the heat if you’re concerned about dyed hair, etc. Sauna hats do not prevent sweating, which is an important part of the sauna experience.
Cold Plunge
-
Our indoor cold plunge is kept at 37°F and our outdoor cold plunge averages around 50-55°F (weather-dependent).
-
For your safety, we recommend a maximum of 3 minutes per plunge, especially for our colder indoor tub. If combining cold plunge with sauna, be sure to warm up before taking your next plunge.
Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)
-
The aerosolized salt particles will land on your skin and promote healing, so for maximum benefit we recommend as little clothing as you’re comfortable with. Our halotherapy room is completely private.
PEMF Mat
-
Our PEMF mat is in a private room, so you’re welcome to wear whatever you like. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.
Red Light Therapy
-
Red Light therapy is very warming and you’ll experience maximum benefits with more skin exposure, so we recommend as little clothing as you’re comfortable with.
