Biomagnetic Healing

Sarah Atwater

Biomagnetic Healing is a revolutionary modality that aims to correct the body's pH in specific areas using pairs of magnets of medium intensity. Most illnesses can be healed by optimizing the body's own innate self-healing capacity. In other words, the body knows how to heal itself. The unique role that biomagnetic healing can play amidst many other healing modalities, is that it can detect imbalances related to particular organs, pathogens, and emotions, and it also can correct those imbalances by directly impacting the body's alkaline/acid balance. Once the pH is balanced, the body goes quickly into detox, and then into self-repair. Symptoms evaporate, your magnetic field becomes clear, and normal energetic level returns.

Clinical Herbalism

Court Conwell

Court Conwell, CH is a clinical herbalist, death doula, medicine maker, mushroom and flower essence practitioner and founder of Golden Labyrinth Alchemy. She continued her education graduating from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Her journey to become an herbalist started long ago from a sense of longing for connection, guiding her to take refuge in the sanctuary of plants. She asked for their guidance, listened and they answered, leading her back to where she was meant to be with a deep knowing that those experiences must be nurtured and shared. The medicine of plants aids us in bridging our inner and outer landscapes allowing us to repair our relationship with ourselves, each other and the Earth. Her practice is eclectic as it draws from many modalities such as western herbalism, TCM and medical astrology. During a session with Court she will hold a sacred and intention space where you can work together and create a deeply personalized protocol that includes nutritional goals, education and herbal support to balance the mind, body and spirit.

Herbal consultations: 2 hours- $260 includes herbal medicine.
A questionnaire will be sent out when you book and to be completed before your session. This gives more time during the session to focus on the clients specific requests.

Mushroom or flower essence consultation: $130- an hour
Flower and mushroom essences are vibrational medicines made with the energetics of the sun and moon. They are gentle medicines that help us rebalance our emotional, mental and spiritual selves.

Craniosacral Therapy and Breathwork

Elizabeth Murichi

Elizabeth practices an Integrative approach to Craniosacral Therapy where she uses shamanic stones, breathwork, sound, somato-emotional release, and acupressure points to awaken your inner healer and support gentle shifts in the body and energetic field. She is also a rebirther, a form of breathwork that uses a circular connected breath pattern to support transformation and upgrading the communication between body, mind, and spirit. Her work emphasizes the client’s active participation in their own healing, and the power of their thoughts to create change. She creates a sacred and safe space for love, joy, compassion, and gratitude to come through in every session. She loves her work and supporting others on their path of self-discovery and deeper connection to themselves.

Rebirthing Breathwork (conscious connected breathwork) is a powerful, safe, and gentle way to bring unresolved problems to the surface for health and clearing. It was originally described by Leonard Orr in the early 1970’s. It is a process that supports individuals upgrading the quality of their thinking. This stress-relieving breathing boost your immune system, energizes the body while at the same time allowing you to experience peace and relaxation.

Craniosacral Therapy gently works with the spine, the skull, cranial sutures, and fascia to ease restrictions of the nerve passages, release tension, and improve the connection in the somato-sensory cortex. The work is centered around performing delicate manipulations on different areas in the body. These small movements help improve flow and function in the bones and muscles, massage organs, and a deeper connection to the breath. Furthermore, it harmonizes and balances the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord.

Elizabeth is available Mondays and Tuesdays and 2 Fridays per month. She can accommodate some evening appointments.

Qigong

Marlene Tuczinski

I am the founder of Touch the Moon Wellness. I teach ancient Chinese movements known as Wu Ming Qigong to help people enhance their Qi health and, in turn, relieve chronic pain and joint stiffness, improve digestion, manage stress and anxiety, reduce or eliminate headaches, lose weight, get quality sleep, and improve balance, flexibility, and overall health.

What is Qi health? The Eastern belief holds that when we are in balance and our Qi is flowing freely, illness will not enter. “Qi” (chee) is the energy or life force that animates us and makes us who we are. Qi flows invisibly over “meridians,” which are pathways throughout our bodies that, on a simple level, connect our organs and have a relationship with our blood and blood vessels. “Qigong” (chee kung) means “energy work” -- using movements to stretch and twist out blockages in our meridians so that our Qi or life’s energy can flow freely.

More than 30 years ago, I studied Tai Chi in Great Barrington, MA with David Wade Smith and that experience built on my earlier interest in Eastern medicine and concepts that began when I was in college. I am a certified instructor in the lineage of Grand Master Nan Lu (tcmworld.org & grandmasternanlu.com) and I am a graduate of Siena College and Union University of Albany Law School.
