Come enjoy our custom-built cedar wood saunas!

The heat of the sauna stimulates sweating which helps to rid the body of toxins, it also mimics exercise which promotes health, relaxation, regeneration and overall well-being. Saunas have been used for centuries to aid the body in healing, encourage rejuvenation and promote continued wellness. We offer both an individual, personal-use sauna and a six person communal sauna. In addition to a sauna heater, we have optional red light therapy with both red light and near-infrared light capability. Red light therapy does not generate much heat on it’s own so we pair it with an electric rock heater to really get the temperature up and so you can receive all the benefits of both therapies.

We use Recover Red brand therapy lights.
