Each membership offers included individual services. A service is Sauna, Cold Plunge, PEMF, Red Light Therapy or Halotherapy.

A Service in this context can be of any available length for booking and will still equal one service, which means a 15min Sauna is a single service and a 60min sauna is a single service. Your included services can be used to cover any available individual appointment length.

Many services can be used in a single day, for example, if you booked Sauna, Cold Plunge and PEMF for one visit, that would be three services.

Practitioners are not included in the Membership at this time.

At this time all of our Memberships are for individuals. If you’re interested in a Couples or Family Membership let us know and we’ll consider adding it in.
