Indoor and Outdoor Plunges

Our indoor plunge is a professional-grade temperature controlled Plunge tub. We generally keep it at about 45 degrees.

Our outdoor plunge is a beautiful stainless steel standing tub with cedar seat and stairs. We fill this tub with a hose and dump in fresh buckets of ice, old school style! Plunge in the great outdoors and say “Hello!” to our goats, Chestnut and Hazelnut, while you’re there. When you book a single plunge session you get access to both the indoor and outdoor tubs.

We use the highest quality tub on the market. This isn’t just a basin we’ve poured some water into, this Plunge tub has a built-in chiller that maintains temperature as well as a high grade filtration system.

We don’t use harsh chemicals! Our indoor tub is sanitized with a hydrogen peroxide based solution, we do not use chlorine.

Plunge with the goats! Meet Chestnut and Hazelnut, our adorable Nigerian Dwarf duo, they are at the studio most days and often like to add commentary when you plunge.
