This ceremony invites you into a profound inner journey, echoing the ancient spirit of the Sweat Lodge. The steam will facilitate this voyage as participants travel on the drum beats, with the breath as the guide into the subconscious. The body is the subconscious and lovingly holds what has not been ready to be faced. The environment, techniques and guidance provide the secure space necessary to access these parts. The steam, as well as physically cleansing, is also spiritually cleansing. Whatever happens in the body is reflective of the spirit and vice versa. To enter the sauna in ceremony, the re-emergence from the dark and steam, is representative of a rebirth.
This is a space held in non judgement, protected by Spirit, giving the safety needed for any necessary release and expression of what is ready to be revealed and integrated into consciousness.
A guided hour-long session in the Communal Sauna for up to three people.

What is a Shamanic Reset?
Guided by Johannah, participants will journey into their bodies and intuition, supported by the steam, drum beats, movement and breathing techniques. Choosing what is ready to be released, these shamanic communal rituals will assist in clearing old energy patterns and calling in the beauty of what will be put in its place. This is a journey into the body where we learn to listen to our inner beings and give honor to what is received so that we may grow in our power with peace, balance and humility. This experience resets and regulates the nervous system, bringing it into the parasympathetic state which allows for life force energy to flow unhindered. Gathering with others allows growth to be amplified through the power of community and the support of our fellow human beings.
