I am a compassionate practitioner devoted to providing mind/body relaxation. My approach to massage integrates a blend of acupressure, Swedish, sports massage & myofascial release for muscular loosening.

A graduate of Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, I am licensed to practice massage in New York State with over a dozen years of experience. My continued bodywork studies have focused on myofascial techniques & acupressure. I am a passionate believer in the power of nature to heal and am currently studying herbal medicine and essential oil methods to resolve ailments and promote well being.
