Courtney Tribble has been a licensed massage therapist since the Fall of 2003. She received her education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, before moving to Columbia County to start a small organic farm with her husband.
Courtney believes massage is a wonderful tool for stress relief, as it creates needed time and space for one to let go of their thoughts and move into the realm of the body.
She practices integrative massage, interweaving slow, deeper myofascial/connective tissue therapies with circulatory-enhancing Swedish massage. This combination lends great relief to chronically sore muscles and accumulated tension.
