WHAT DOES KAIZEN MEAN?
Kaizen (ky-zen) is two japanese words meaning change and good. Most commonly translated to continuous improvement or change for the better.
At KMA we teach a traditional form of Okinawan karate known as Uechi-ryu (waychee-roo) where students of all ages and backgrounds have the common goal of personal growth and to relentlessly reach for the edge of their potential in a quest of understanding themselves.
We offer programs for adults, teens and children.
