Sara became interested in massage via 15 years as a runner and vegetable farmer. She is passionate about helping athletes and those whose jobs require feats of athleticism (and yes, that includes desk jobs: some tiny muscles really go above and beyond when we have to be on a computer!) She also loves helping parents in the prenatal and postnatal periods.
Knowing how intertwined our bodies and minds are, Sara creates a time and space where clients can relax and breathe while she works with tissue and the nervous system to encourage healing.
